PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS

APPENDIX INDEX

Comment: Everything below the double line herein contains the same wording and page numbering that are in the original index filed with the Second District Court of Appeal in Lakeland, Florida.

In each of the referenced documents, all of the information below the double line, with the exception of the "Comments" and hyperlinks, is the same as that presented in the original document filed with the 2nd DCA. Some of the original documents were xerographic copies of newspaper or court documents and can't be reproduced with exactly the same "look" but the wording is the same.

Also, these documents have been entered through the keyboard into a system limited to alphanumeric (no graphic) capability. I am using a basic version of HTML that does not facilitate indentation of paragraphs or allow me to place more than one space between characters, left to right across the page (except for centered text); thus the information for instance in the headings of court documents that is normally on the right side of the page has been placed on the left side. These conventions apply not only to this entire document but to everything in this Web page.
