I am proceeding in this appeal entirely by myself, pro se, and I am co-counsel in 94-803CF as set forth by Order of judge Nelson. As set forth in the Addendum I would appreciate it if you would file both the addendum and the copy of the original Notice of Appeal as a replacement for the original Notice of Appeal so that the delay in getting the Notice of Appeal filed will be explained. I would appreciate it if you would send me a copy for my record after these are filed.
