THIS CAUSE having come to be heard on the Defendant's pro se complaint for Declaratory Relief, and the Court having been advised as to the premisis, it is hereby,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's complaint is Denied. The Court specifically finds that the Defendant is entitled to court appointed counsel in his criminal case, but he is not entitled to court appointed counsel of his choice.
