The legal system is analized over a broad range of events and legal
actions, both civil and criminal. These include a bomb threat action, many
criminal actions for sit-ins and other acts of civil disobedience, civil
actions such as a declaratory judgment action and a petition for writ of
mandamus, many hunger strikes, three Baker Acts, County Court proceedings,
Circuit Court proceedings, District Court of Appeal proceedings,
government media smear tactics, mental health smear tactics, and more.
This analysis yields possibly as good a profile of the legal system and
its modus operandi as may be obtainable, cutting through the legal
profession's self serving hype and disinformation.

First, an overview of these cases and issues demonstrating the general
process through which the morally and ideologically bankrupt legal system
functions as a conduit through which mainstream people are funneled into
the drug culture, homeless, militias and other populations outside of and
often antagonistic to mainstream society to satisfy its own needs.
AN OVERVIEW

This is a petition for writ of mandamus that was filed with the Florida
Second District Court of Appeal by me (Bob Allston). Although the strict
purpose of the action was to deal with the right of appeal that was being
denied me by the lower circuit court, the appellate court also had a clear
obligation to address a myriad of ethical issues set forth in the document
that were more important to me than the right of appeal issue. However,
although the court processed it and ruled in my favor on the right of
appeal issue, it totally ignored the ethical and professional
responsibility issues.
Thus, this Petition is provided in its entirety as documentation to
demonstrate the refusal of a high appellate court to address a myriad of
unethical conduct of lower court lawyers and judges over a broad range of
issues, many of them well documented; and thus the critical need for legal
reform in this, among many other, areas.

The legal and judicial professions employ mental health professionals to
