To provide intelligent, well-designed
music for film, television, commercials, live dramatic productions, and to
assist songwriters and producers with arranging, orchestrations, editing, and
other musical services.
Roger Hunt: a brief bio
Top
Starting in the '70's started composing,
arranging and producing live and recorded music, mainly in small ensembles;
and studied music at the University
of Florida.
In the 80's, produced recordings,
concerts, and commercial jingles, winning several local and regional ADDY
awards.
In the early 90's, studied the culture and
music of Latin America, writing, arranging
and producing a live band called Salsa Byte. Continued arranging for church
ensembles, music copying, and music recording and engineering.
In recent years, has studied film scoring
with Ron Jones ( "Family Guy", "Star Trek, Next
Generation" et al) and Lee Sanders ("Amazing Race",
"Ripley's Believe it or Not" et al ); orchestration with Scott
Smalley (" Batman", "Mission Impossible" et al) and
John S. Kitts (Professor Emeritus, University of Florida), and continues to
produce music for film, television, multi-media, and for local songwriters
and singers. Now living in Los Angeles, Roger
continues to produce music for film, television, multi-media, and for local
songwriters and singers.
