Alachua County Calendar of Events

Published monthly, this calendar lists cultural events, performing arts, tours, sports, dances, expositions, and special events available to make your stay in Alachua County more enjoyable.

Hotel/Motel Accommodations

AAA reported that Alachua County was among the least expensive areas in Florida for a night's stay. This brochure lists hotels, motels, and bed and breakfast inns. Visitors are given such detailed information as reservations telephone number, location, number and types of rooms, amenities information, and rate configuration information.

Attractions Brochure

"A Circle of Diversity - The Real Florida" - this brochure provides the visitor with a "catalogue" of attractions that make Alachua County the delightful destination it is. You'll find all you need to know to plan your visit with a locator map and detailed listings on cultural, recreational, nature, and historical attractions.

Poe Springs Park

Make a big splash in Alachua County's own crystal clear spring on the Santa Fe River with swimming, fishing, boating, picnicking, meeting spaces, camping, concessions, and hiking. Locator map.
