Sugery is scheduled

I go in on Friday the 13th for the surgery. Luckily I'm not superstitious. 

Dianya offered to take me in at 6:30 am. I go under around 8. I'm out by 1pm. And hopefully I'll be back to work on monday or early next week.  

As i've mentioned before i've given up drinking for a while,a dn since the attack i've been avoiding meat completely.  To top it all off, I havent smoked since saturday evening. 

I've been thinking about bike riding... i want to get out and had down the hawthorne, but i'm going to have to wait.

Thursday is derby scrimmage in Lake City v. Jax. I'm going to drag james along.
