There is joy in Gainesville. For this weekend marks the beginning of the Gator Football season (w00t). I'm looking forward to a good season of football, after the dog days of summer baseball.

Amazingly enough, i got a free weekend. So to make everyone happy, I'm taking my son to visit his grandparents. It's like killing three birds with one stone. (and if you've ever killed a bird with a stone, you know what i mean).

Music info: GainesvilleBands.com is done. And I really mean it this time. I managed to find a nice host for the site and all i need to do is script out the database stuff and deliver it. It should (hopefully) be up next week. Also in music news: OPC will be playing a sunday show, be sure to catch it. Oh, almost forgot: Daughters of the revolution played at Common Grounds last night. As always, kick ass show. If you got a spare $5 hanging around buy their CD, it's like... good... and stuff.
