Macs are not as evil as you think
today is friday. also known as "visit the dentist day" for your's truly. Now i want to preface this with letting you know i haven’t visited a dentist in 10, that’s right 10 years. The reason: no insurance and no dentist. now with the new job i have insurance, and sienna has talked me into going to her dentist. I got back a little while ago and i'm sure you want to know the results... no cavities. that’s right people. let this be a lesson to all of you out there. Don’t floss, don’t go to the dentist for 10 years, and get no cavities. I'm not sure if these are truly correlated but i'm sure that there's a direct relationship.
Sunday will be another "band day". I will be out at the Porpoise's Blow Hole (err Ocean club) to see the Squad.and if you're there say hi to me. I wont bite. look for the tallest guy there, and considering this will be an all ages show, possibly the oldest guy there.
I am bringing you this blog today vis a mac. that's right a mac. sienna needed to borrow a powerbook from work this weekend, so i've had an opportunity to work (read:play) with the beautiful machine. I want to point out that i am not new to macs. I've used them for a while and in some cases owned one or two. but this is the first time that i worked on a mac that is a equivalent to my home computer. and in some cases it excels my home computer. I cant get over how beautiful the machine is. both physically with the styling of the laptop, and the beauty of OS X. I even got a chance to play warcraft on it. and with the edition of my 3 button mouse, it plays almost as smooth as my PIII 850 at home. I may have to become a mac user after this.
we'll see you around
