I was about to tell you all that there is something cool or interesting happening... but I'd be telling a blatant lie. I did do something cool tuesday though. I went to the One Pump Chump CD Release Party. This show was a lot "calmer" err... "more calm" ... hmmm... no, i want to say calmer... "the show was calmer"... no that doesn't sound right. scratch that last sentence. lemme start over. This show was "less rowdy" (now that sounds better), than the show at the purple porpoise, I mean in general comparison. OPC was the second band at the porpoise, which kinda led to a lot less people jumping and dancing at that show, i mean for their set, but there were still people dancing for the busdrivers they closed the show (did I mention that they were at both shows as well?). Well the busdriversbusdrivers closed the purple porpoise show which had a lot of jumping, skanking, and moshing. and you would expect that same for a show at market street. Did i mention that is where the bands were playing? And the busdrivers OPENED for One Pump Chump, which were good but then there was another band. and they closed... the show... they closed the show. but they were in costume. Ya know, dressed up. not Halloween costumes or anything, we actually they were kinda halloweeny. and they closed the show. anyway, they had costumes, not to say that costumes make your band better or anything, because usually that's the complete opposite, you wear costumes to keep people from noticing that you suck... aww, screw this, i sound like a retard.
