Real big deal

Yesterday was a goodie. I spend the whole day running around in the hot
sun watching bands. And today will be a repeat of that.

I'm glad that its actually happening. The crowds are pretty decent, and
it seems that everyone is having a good time.
Something that pat did right is putting stages in pairs. There's always
a show going on. And while that one is happening the other stage has
30mins to an hour to clean up. It makesa for a much less stressful day,
for both the crews and the kids watching.
I got a chance to see a bunch of people that I hadn't seen in years.
Mushi, johnathan spitvalves, jack yo yo, evan chump, the know how kids,
and many more that just said hi while I was passing. Kina makes me feel
good to be still in gainsville doing what I do.
Maggie borrowed my car today, so, I'm on bike.

Maggie

Well, this has been an interesting couple of weeks. I really don't
understand how this happened so fast, but I'm totally in love.

And the girl is totally in love with me

Her name is maggie. I met her for the first time a few months ago when I
went into hogans for a sammich. I see this girl behind the counter,
she's wearing these nerdy glasses and is chatty with everyone. I make
it a point to come back on a more regular basis.

So, we start chatting one day, and I find out that her bike was stolen.
I already know that she doesn't have a car and uses her bike to get to
and from work, and how she gets her son to school. Of course I
immediately mention the kickstand, to which she remarks that one of her
friends, vyki, works there. After she asks about my involvement, it
comes out that I'm on the board.

Did I mention that it was this day that I promised that I was going to
ask her out? Yeah, it was dianya's idea. So instead of asking her out,
I'm finding out what type of bike she had. Right after I get my sandwich
I go directly to the kickstand and proceed to build up a bike.

Next day I'm back at hogans. She's estatic about the bike, and asks me
for my number.

A skate date and an evening at her house later, we're hanging out every
day. It's kinda stupid how awesome we are for each other. I think we're
just happy to find someone as kind and as loving as we each are.

And to be honest, she's really amazing. Outgoing, funny, smart,
enchanting singing voice, speaks 2 foreign languages, likes video games,
owns anime, very pretty, and is totally in love with me. I've gone too
long. I deserve her. She's gone too long. She deserves me.

For the first time in a long time, I'm happy. And I think I'll be this
way as long as she's here, which will hopefully be forever.

While I've always hoped that things would find their way, I never expect
the road to be paved... and 4 lanes. Lucky is another word for
persistance... I finally get it.

I just won rockband in a raffel at 1982.

Gbdc and tvr

I've been redessigning the site so I can ultimately move to another
host. The whole thing is going to be php. Ther good thing is that
everything I'm doing is directly related to my work project, so I'll be
able to steal code from myself. This worked out really well last time.
I ended up making the nas database mostly from old gbdc code.

I'm probably going to ask her out tomorrow. I'm too old fashioned for
my own good. Do people even do that anymore?

No sleep for the wicked

So I figured out something deviously clever. But that's not what is
keeping me up.

But I'm not gonna talk about what is.

Instead I'm gonna continue finding reasons to excuse myself from sleep.
I could be playing kingdom hearts. I could bust out devil may cry. I
could finish watching spaceballs. Icould go watch porn. I could drive to
walmart and buy that video cable I need for my tv. Or I could just sit
here and remember being happy.

Or, I'll call it a night, and try to sleep
