Our church family

Our Mission Statement:
To be ambassadors of Christ to our community and shepherds of the faith
to our congregation.
We hope your
time here with us will be an inspiring worship of God, an intimate
encounter with Jesus, and an experience of caring and love with Wesley
United Methodist Church. It will be our pleasure to assist you in any
way possible to help you feel right at home. We want you to feel at
home from the moment you walk through our doors.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Excellent Parking — The parking lot is just outside
the main entrance and includes handicap accessible spots.
- A Warm Personal Greeting
- Finding Your Way— If you are looking for the
childcare room or the Sunday
School rooms, our greeters will be glad to direct you. - Child Friendly—The nursery room is well-staffed to
care for your child.
- Starting Easter Sunday, 2009 we
will be having a blended worship service. Blended worship has as its
goal the joining together of the people of God in all their diversity,
under one roof and in one service, to glorify God through the offering
up of corporate praise.
- A Comfortable Environment for Worship and Learning —
You’ll find an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming. People come
dressed in khakis and sports shirts, jeans and sneakers, coats and
ties, skirts or pants.
- Open Communion - Communion is open to all who profess
Jesus Christ as their savior and is served on the first Sunday of the
month.
