data -- make sure you have filled it out completely and
B. A self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) OR An International Reply Coupon (IRC) OR A U.S. "Green Stamp." I will try to reply as quickly as possible with your return card. DX stations: Please do

send your cards to Juan via the ARRL U.S. QSL
Remember: QSL managers are not paid. We do this as a service to you and for the DX station. If you don't send an SASE , IRC, or "Green Stamp" along with your QSL, you won't get one of Juan's cards from me… Juan and I exchange log information on a regular and timely schedule.
