Campus Ministry at ULC

The campus ministry program has actively invited students in the program, primarily through peer ministers John Johnsen and Amber Wollner. The result has been far more students in almost all activities. The campus ministry program has also invited congregational members to activities, including open houses, and conducted a worship service.

The campus ministry has gathered students through the fall retreat, picnics during the summer, Wednesday night Pizza and Psalms and Sunday evening meals and programs. Students gather after worship at bagel breakfasts.

The campus ministry program served by actively participating in Habitat for Humanity, by hosting a play day at married student housing, serving a meal at St. Francis House, and providing a worship service for Atrium residents. Individual students have served by providing dinners for the other students on Sunday evening.

This report is certainly not a comprehensive review of campus ministry activities but should illustrate an active, exciting and rewarding year.
