• To make a reservation, email us at VailUSA@cox.net or call 800-772-8425. We will need your fax number, your name and address, telephone number, and dates of the nights you will be staying.
• We will then complete the reservation form and fax it to you for your signature. At that time, if you choose to pay with VISA or MasterCard, then write in your credit card number.
• We don't have online reservations because we don't have a server that is as secure as good "old fashioned" fax. Also, we never overbook like airlines sometimes do. So, we need to confirm with you the nights you will be staying, and confirm unit availability. We will reserve a specific unit for you, either the Durango "D8" or the Arapaho "A26".

Deposit: 50% deposit within 5 (five) days of making reservation.
Balance due: Balance is due 45 days prior to date of arrival. For summer, major event, and major holiday reservations, balance is due 65 days prior to arrival.
Within 45 days of arrival: For reservations within 45 days of arrival, total payment is required with a money order sent overnight mail (Federal Express). Reservations held upon receipt of a money order.
Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit is required. We want to return the security deposit.
Refunds: 100% refundable minus $75 administration fee if cancellation is made at least 45 days before the first reserved date (65 days before the first reserved date for summer, Christmas and New Years holidays.). Non-refundable after that time unless rented to others. For reservations over one month, there is an administration fee of $150 for cancellation.
