Should the commission adopt the final mediation Settlement Agreement of the 2002 Comprehensive Plan?
- More than 180 citizens attended the 6:00 PM meeting.
- Approximately 150 were there in support of keeping the approved 2002 Comp Plan as written.
- Those who spoke in support of the Settlement Agreement, gave no reasons for their position.
- Citizens who spoke against the settlement presented many reasons why the 2002 plan should be left intact.
- Over 150 emails in support of keeping the approved 2002 Comp Plan were sent to the BOCC web site. Approximately 6 emails favored the settlement agreement.
