DORI GOLDMAN:
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Dori Goldman, Director of Development, is primarily responsible for the
fund raising and special events aspects of Florida Shakespeare Theatre.
She is also directly involved in the business management of the theatre.
Prior to joining FST, Goldman's diverse professional background
encompassed: Co-Chairmanship of the Calusa Playhouse Restoration
Project -- with the primary emphasis on fund raising; Executive
Director of several religious and cultural organizations -- with
responsibilities including overall organization administration, special
events, capital fund raising, membership/student services, and marketing.
As a former camp director and coordinator of programs for the
developmentally disabled, Goldman also has extensive experience in
creating adaptive programs and in working with atypical and special needs
clients. Active in community theatre in Detroit and Miami, Goldman has
produced numerous plays, and has appeared in a wide range of roles on the
stage.
