* - NOTE: Be WARY of the difference between the real 9-1-1 patch and the DTMF pad test ``bait'' the jammer often sends (5-9-1-1 on RC-85/RC-850 controllers). This can often cause erroneous reports. If your patch is down and yet you still hear the repeater repeat back ``9-1-1,'' then you are hearing the `bait.'' Or, if you hear ``9-1-1'' and the repeater simply drops carrier, then you are hearing the ``bait.''

Detailed Log/Comments:
(Describe herein whether you were mobile or base, your times, beam headings, signal strengths, directions of travel and locations of signal strength readings if you were mobile, WHETHER WHAT YOU HEARD WAS ON OUTPUT OR REVERSE, etc. This report may be forwarded to the FCC in the future, so consider placing as much detail as possible in your reports in an effort to help them as much as possible.)
