CONSORTIUM FOR FAMILY, SCHOOL, COMMUNITY COLLABORATION

I'm a faculty member in the College of Education and lead a group called the Consortium for Family, School, Community Collaboration. We're looking at ways to get scholarships for kids to attend after-school programs. There's a HUGE number of elementary kids who can't attend their schools' programs because they can't come up with $16/week.

HOW CAN A STRANGER TELL IF TWO PEOPLE ARE MARRIED?
You might have to guess, based on whether they seem to be yelling at the same kids.
