Many posters were entered in our first ever poultry poster contest. There were some GREAT posters! Everyone who entered received a blue ribbon and a premium. We hope more of you will enter this contest next year when the fair rolls around.
Where were you January 27th at 10:00 p.m.? If you were smart you would have been at the South Florida Fair behind the poultry tent, where we were all enjoying our 2nd annual Fair Bar-B-Que. The Wrights brought in a pig and Mr. Davidson did the cooking.
All members brought a dish to share (Yum-Yum). What night of great food and fellowship. A Special THANKS to the Wrights for that delicious pork. If you enjoyed a particular dish, let us know and we will try to print the recipe in our next newsletter!
