Retirement Home for Horses Home Page at Freenet

Welcome to the Retirement Home for Horses Home Page. Our Internet presence began January 1, 1997; we appreciate your understanding during our construction, and development phase.

Now ... there is a place where old horses can go to live...and die... in peace and dignity. The Retirement Home for Horses is situated at Mill Creek Farm, in Alachua, half way between Gainesville and Lake City, in North Central Florida. 240 Acres of beautiful, rolling pasture and woodlands give horses a natural environment to live out their last years in serenity.

Mary and Peter Gregory, created the Retirement Home for Horses in 1983, and currently have 100 horses enjoying their remaining years in harmony with the land.

Mill Creek Farm is a wildlife sanctuary that many birds and animals call home. Retirement Home for Horses is a safe and tranquil equine haven where horses roam tree-studded, gently rolling pastures ... enclosed by rustic curving wooden fences.
