Opportunities for Parent Involvement |
Pack and den activities would not run so smoothly without the many contributions of parents. Please consider volunteering for one of the positions listed below. Most positions require a commitment for only a short portion of the year. We need every parent to volunteer for at least one activity so that we can ensure a quality program for our boys.
- Cubmaster, "Master of Ceremonies" for pack meetings, works with Committee Chair to oversee pack functions
- Assistant Cubmaster, assists Cubmaster
- Committee Chair, attends monthly District and Pack planning meetings, coordinates pack activities
- Committee Member, attends monthly pack committee meetings
- Den Leader, leads a den in weekly meetings and in pack meetings and activities
- Assistant Den Leader, assists Den Leader
- Treasurer, keeps track of pack expenses
- Secretary, attends monthly committee meetings and sends out pack newsletters via email
- Awards Chair, tracks and orders boys' awards and advancements
- Website Webmaster, coordinates and updates pack Website
- Pack Photographer, takes pictures at pack events for posting on the Website
- Recharter and Membership Chair
