He married Agnes Rylands Wilson in Walla Walla,, January 24, 1949. (Agnes Rylands Wilson #62.) Agnes was born in Pendleton, Oregon April 2, 1925. She is the daughter of Stanley Earl Wilson and Doris Maude Rylands.

James Kenneth Hudson and Agnes Rylands Wilson had the following children:
