TreasurerÕs Report – FBseason beginning to come to an end, several schools have not paid, Jeff willfollow up next week.
Other Reports –FB Clinic 2010 discussion still in August will get committee together todevelop state clinic. Target dates August 20-21.

SuspendedOfficials – officials have until Wed, 10/14 to clear up any suspensionnotices.
New Business -
D.B. – when some sort of medical incident occurs with an MFOA official weneed to have a policy in place to handle the situation. Change registrationform to reflect an emergency contact. Contact FHSAA to see if they wouldconsider doing the same.
FHSAApoints – are a reflection of points listed on p. 29 of the officialsÕguidebook.
FootballRelative Rating Score Sheet – motion by T. Bedford to accept, second byJ. Pole. Motion passed.
Other – review policyin regards to removing an official from a crew. MFOA policy states to put thisin writing and submit to booking commissioner.
Officials are being beratedand second-guessed. Incidents should be written up and sent to area directorfor official(s) involved so that official(s) may be spoken to.
Discussion of Wildwood MSgame. Paperwork recÕd and properly distributed. When there is a problem withan official, it should be documented in writing to area director and thenturned over the Larry Mayhew for investigation. Motion by W. Clayton, secondby J. Pole.
Basketball contacts –W. Clayton will ask schools about 2 or 3 man crews.
All new FB officials need tohave experience working the clock.
Only SB will have a testscore before the 1st day of the season. Second officials on fieldwill receive scrimmage clinic credit. MFOA max clinic pts. 6 pts. / 3 clinics
