You want to see a crew that was ready for action but let me tell you...two thirds of the ship was drunk in my compartment S3 Division...we staggered out of our racks ...didn't know what was going on!!!!
I turned around and saw my first class petty officer was beating a garbage can with a broomstick...
Most of us didn't make it to our GQ stations....Well... It turned out to be a couple of local phillipino natives swimming around the ships...
