The Suwannee/St. Johns Sierra Club will hear from Rose Koenig, organic farmer and 'Buy Local' program coordinator on Thursday, March 6, at 7:30 p.m. at the UF Entomology/Nematology Building.

Rose Koenig says, "We believe that consumers want to help farmers and businesses in their community but they need to know how to do it". The North Florida Local Food Partnership (NFLFP) seal will help consumers distinguish among the business that make a genuine effort support local farmer's and those who do not.
