I have experience in writing technical and training manuals, as well as performing technical training presentations. Much of my day-to-day communications tasks are accomplished or verified using e-mail, which I prefer because it can be archived and referenced later.
Several of my past positions have included supervisory responsibilities. As a team leader at Networld+Interop, I have been responsible for organizing and supervising small groups of volunteers, as well as coordinating with other groups and facilities personnel at the venue. At Sourcecom, I was the team lead for the G3 development group.
I have experience in installing and terminating most types of network media, and the ability to learn new skills in this area quickly. I also have experience in installing many types of equipment in various environments, ranging from climate-controlled machine rooms to facilities mechanical closets.
