Directions: Kanapaha Botanical Gardens, 4700 SW 58th Drive, 1 ¸ miles west of I-75 and 1 ¸ miles east of Tower Road and on the north side of Archer Road. (Look for the brown directional signs along Archer Road.) Follow the entrance road to the main entrance with ample parking in front of the Summer House.

October 20-21, 2007

Kanapaha Spring Festival

AOS Show Trophy and Best Society Exhibits: GOS Best Orchid in Show: Candace Hollinger, Best Cattleya Alliance, Candace Hollinger. GOS members won 17 firsts, 8 seconds, 9 thirds!

GOS Display: Blue Ribbon for best Informational Display. Themed "Swamp Things," it featured a woodland pool with a submerged gator surrounded by cypress knees, moss, and a wide variety of orchids.
