• explore the multiplicity of interventional possibilities;
• become more fully "present" in clinical work;

• experience and contribute to supportive collegiality within the group.Each group will remain together throughout the two-year period. A training certificate will be awarded at the end of that period when a statement paper is approved. 108 CEU's will be provided to licensed LMHC, LMFT, and LCSW.
First Year
Six Weekends
Friday, 6 to 9 p.m. Meeting together; discussion of pre-assigned readings with application to training experience, to professional work, and to daily living.
Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Practice of Gestalt therapy in client/therapist roles; personal work; observation in group diads and triads.Second Year
Six Weekends
Focus will be on supervised work as therapist.
Gestalt therapy as we practice it is experiential, experimental, and existential. The power of this when conjoined with "radical respect" will be made evident through discussion, observation of the staff at work, and supervised practice in the training groups.
Our training program is open to licensed professionals (L.M.H.C., L.M.F.T., L.C.S.W., and those anticipating licensure in the near future) who wish to integrate Gestalt therapy with their own approaches and practice. CEU's will be provided to those licensed in these fields. This is a program for persons who wish to expand and enrich their perspectives and skills as therapists. It is an opportunity to learn in a relaxed environment, to deepen knowledge of self and the therapeutic use of self in clinical settings.
Inquiries are welcome about this program.
