Volunteers

Volunteers are an indispensible part of Gainesville Community Ministry. Without them we simply could not operate. Below are some of the opportunities available for volunteering at GCM:

Clothes Closet: Volunteers may choose to assist clients, sort and hang clothing, straighten shelves and racks.
Office: Interview and assist clients, help with light office work, answer telephone.
Food Pantry: Fill food orders, receive donations, keep shelves in order.

Volunteers may choose to work either mornings or afternoons, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., from Monday to Thursday.
