MEMBERSHIP FORM

Becoming a member of the Friends of the Gainesville-Hawthorne Trail, Inc 
means you are actively supporting the 15-mile linear state park that runs 
between Hawthorne and Gainesville. This support helps make possible future 
park projects such as:

* Trail maintenance and special events
* Additional facilities (drinking fountains, bathrooms)
* Educational programs and materials
* The recruiting of volunteers

Levels of support are annual and tax deductible:

Individual - $15.00,  Student/Senior - $10.00, Family - $25.00
Special Friend - $50.00,  Lifetime Sponsor - $500, Corporate - $100.00 or more 
FrOGHaT T-Shirts are available for  $15 with membership, plus $2.50 for S & H
