is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Citizens Support Organization (CSO) working in collaboration with the
Gainesville-Hawthorne Trail State Park and Payne's Prairie Preserve State Park in Florida

to: enhance Gainesville-Hawthorne trail experiences through preservation, protection, and interpretation, for its diverse users.

The Gainesville-Hawthorne Trail is:
a recreational trail designed for walking, cycling, rollerblading, and horseback riding. Parking is provided at three trail heads: Boulware Springs (3500 SE 15th Street) in Gainesville, Florida; 7209 SE 200th Drive (C.R. 2082) west of Hawthorne, Florida; and at 21821 SE 71st Ave. (formerly 300 SW 2nd Ave.) in Hawthorne. Facilities are located at Boulware Springs, mile marker 1.0 and mile marker 6.6.
