Nadine Anderson founded FLIP in 1995.

Nadine raised her two sons while doing time with her husband in Florida's prison system for more than twenty five years.  After years of watching families go through the pain of separation, she founded FLIP to educate the public concerning prison family issues and to work to impact legislative policies to make humane treatment a right.  Through her dedication, commitment, hard work, genuine concern, kindness, patience, and unequaled inspiring personality; Nadine has been able to help FLIP grow from a vision to a dominant voice for all.
