Works Miracles for Local Florida Network Shelter

Club of [Your High School] has established a new partnership with ______________.
Last week, the Key Club of [Your High School] completed ____________ project for
the ________ shelter. Members spent their Saturday [describe your project] at the
shelter. This is one of many activities the Key Club has planned to benefit
___________shelter. The Key Club will be recognized for its work with ___________shelter
at the District Convention in Orlando, in April 1999.
With "Youth Helping
Youth" as its motto, Key Club members are working with ___________shelter to enhance
the lives of shelter youth. __________shelter is a member of the Florida Network of Youth
and Family Services. The partnership between Florida’s Key Clubs and the Florida
Network was established in 1996 to increase awareness of Network programs and the youth
served by Network shelters. During the first two years of the partnership, Florida’s
11,000+ Key Club members raised over $15,000 for maintenance of the 1.800.RUNAWAY Hotline,
distributed information to middle and high schools, and were selected by the Florida
Network of Youth and Family Services as its 1997 Volunteer of the Year.
