Skills:These people specialize in work that is physical and hands-on . Much of the work is performed out-of-doors and is highly affected by weather and the seasons. This work often requires heavy lifting and most employers require these people to wear back supports. Most of the training for these jobs is learned from entry level on the job, often called OJT.
