Tournament Registration
The Embassy Suite Hotel is the site for registration for ALL EVENTS.

All players must check in at the Embassy Suite Hotel before reporting to your assigned courts.

All participants will receive a registration package and a personalized player's identification badge. This badge MUST be presented when checking in for all matches.

Massage Therapy
A certified massage therapist, Phillip Jones, Jr, will be available throughout the week. The therapist will be on site and available for full and partial body massages and facials.

Price lists will be available at your hotel lobby or you may contact Phillip Jones, Jr personaly at the Embassy Suite Hotel on Saturday or Sunday.

Relax you mind body and spirit, treat yourself to a soothing partial or full body massage after that tough match!!


Clay Clinic
A "How to Play on Clay" clinic for junior participants will be held on Sunday August 3 from 3:00 - 4:00 pm at the Inverrary Resort. The Clinic is designed to provide pointers to juniors that will help prevent uneccessary injury as well as clay court match strategy.

Immediately following the clinic at 4:00 pm, there will be an orientation session for parents and juniors at the Radisson Inverrary Hotel. It is imperative that all juniors and their parents or coaches attend the orientation session.

These are a few of the items that are available at the American Tennis Association's silent auction.

Open bidding for the items will begin sunday, August 3 and continue through Thursday, August 7. The live auction will take place from 5:30 - 7:15 pm during a cocktail reception prior to the Annual Awards Banquet.

Proceeds from the auction will be used to supprot the ATA's Junior Development Program and to support the local chapter of the Links Incorporated.

All auction items will be on display at the Embassy Suites prior to the auction.


Annual Awards Banquet
The annual awards Banquet and Dinner Dance will follow the silent auction. Judge Edward Rubin (Chanda Rubin's father) will be the guest keynote speaker. Live entertainment will be provided for the adult dance following the banquet. A DJ will provide the music for the junior party at the Inverray.

Tickets will be available at the Registration Desk. The price for the Banquet is $35.00 for adults which includes the dance, and $15.00 for juniors. Tickets to just the Adult Dance are $10.00. Only 400 tickets will be available for the banquet.


Golf Packages
For golf enthusiasts, special golf packages have been arranged for ATA members and ther families at the Inverray Resort.

The packages will be available on Tuesday and Wednesday only. The rates are $15.00 for green fees. For more information, please stop by the registration desk.


Meals
A variety of meals for lunch and dinner at the Inverrary resort are available for junior players and their families.

The menu includes:

  • BBQ Chicken and Ribs
  • Baked Chicken
  • Lasagna
  • Steak
  • Pizza
  • And More...

The Radisson will offer a full breakfast each day.
Prices for all meals will range from $3.50 - $5.50.


Junior Events
The Blockbuster Golf and Games
Price will be $7.00 and includes transportation, a meal, bumper boats, mini golf, golf driving range, batting cage, and 4 tokens for video games.
