Coca Leaf Rag.

by Tom Walls

Up in the Andes Mountains in the land of truth
They use a little plant to energize and sooth
I read all about it in an economics magazine
They stand around and chew the leaves and, hu huh, make the scene

Coca make me loca, coca make me nice
Porque no crece la hoja en mi pais
If you choose to try it, you will feel a whole lot wholer
Those little green stains that it leaves on your molars
So take a little toqra, take a little clay
Just a little pinch brings those alkaloids to play

Coca make me loca, coca make me nice
Porque no crece la hoja en mi pais
You can run up a mountain, you can run like a goat
Once that sweet juice slips right down your throat
