Wing Chun Kuen Kuit

Over time the Wing Chun lineage has developed proverbs that capture the elements of Wing Chun. These sayings have descended from teacher to teacher and at one time were a part of the secret codes and rituals developed to be passed down to only the dedicated students. However, these have now been published in many places and become public record so we feel it would be of benefit to our students and to our prospective students to see the richness of this art as preserved in these sayings.
