UPDATED!!!

Here's the floor plan.  The house is approximately 2250+ square feet "conditioned", and 3000 square feet overall.  The room & bathroom in the upper left are the "guest suite".  The two bedrooms and single bathroom along the top are the kids bedrooms (Sarah's room is probably the one on the right.)

The tiny room above the family room is actually a space for our entertainment center, with a door to allow access to the wiring behind the unit.  The room to the right of the family room will be our den/office - it has a "window" opening into the family room.  The room next to the kitchen is the dining room.

The garage is to the lower right.  To its left is the storage and laundry rooms.  Notice the chute from the master bathroom into the laundry room.  Pretty neat huh?  The rooms to the left are the master suite, including a huge shower with a bench and two shower heads.

The lanai is actually under the roof, and will have aluminum exterior walls with vinyl windows, similar to what we have on our current back porch (but in white not bronze.)

Joe modified an existing floor plan of our builder for this design.  The original blueprints for the house were created from the image below.  Joe created the floor plan using Paint (!).  I converted it into a jpeg.
