This section discusses how the legal and judicial professions employ the media to destroy the credibility of a critic thus circumventing responsibility for crooked dealings.

Here again, it is worth noting that the propensity of the legal profession to attempt to falsely discredit criticism of the legal system extends to many other means than presented here and it is unquestionably why many people who have valuable contributions and perspectives on legal reform won't, and indeed can't afford to, enter the arena.

1. A Fort Myers, Florida NEWS-PRESS STORY.
   Here, I am characterized as a dangerous ranting lunatick.

2. Another Fort Myers NEWS-PRESS STORY.
   Here, a trial has ended in a hung jury. However, my own taxpayer paid lawyer is beholden to the legal establishment who was anticipating a conviction. So in a discussion with the reporter after the trial, my attorney calls my alleged bomb threat WRITING "reprehensible", which he was well aware I considerd neither reprehensible nor a bomb threat, in order to try to placate the legal establishment, and of course make a conviction more likely when the case is re-tried.

3. A Gainesville, Florida SUN STORY.
   As discussed in the first article above, the legal profession had smeared me in Fort Myers. Not satisfied with this, when I came to Gainesville with an interest in legal reform, a reporter with sympathies for the legal establishment continues the smear and ridicule campaign in Gainesville.
