To find the Grate Guy Casino, you must first win the geussing game with Knife Guy in Booster Tower about 12 times. After the 12th time, he will give you the Bright Card.

Next you need to go to Bean Valley and go to the area with the 5 Pirhanna Plants that Shy Away waters. Fight the one closest to the Save Box, then enter the pipe. Go to the corner by the gold Chain Chomp and jump 3 times to make a platform appear. You will have to fight 3 Chomp Chomps before you can hop on the platform and go to the Casino, where you can play Slots, Look Away, and Blackjack.

WARNING : Blackjack costs 1 Frog Coin to play. Slots costs 10 regular coins and Look Away is free after you talk to Grate Guy about 3 or 4 times.

To get unlimited Frog Coins, go to Land's End after you beat Valentina. Find the whirlpool with the ant in it and jump on him 3 times before he pops up. This will give you 20 regular coins and 1 Frog Coin. Be warned: This one is tricky to do.
