About the Author

Hi! I'm Tom Mason. I'm 34 years old, and originally from Miami, Florida. I currently work as an ESL instructor at Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, Florida. I am also an International Coordinator for the ASPECT Foundation . I really enjoy working with ESL students and that is how I became a conversation leader in the first place, and what ultimately led me to my current jobs.

I was a volunteer at the local ELI and soon found myself an employee. I have an instinct that is always looking to make a good thing better, and conversation group was a prime target.
