Writing Hint

* Remember when you are writing your Show-Not-Tell that your audience is made up of your classmates so write something that will appeal to people your age.

*Remember that writing pieces can be ANY kind of writing. You can write your journal letters through Writing Workshop, as long as you go through the writing process. The same goes for goal questions and extra credit book reviews. You are also encouraged to use Writing Workshop for writing in other classes--science fair reports, essay questions for social studies, etc. Sometimes the math teachers will even allow extra credit reports on famous mathematicians--ask them. And remember, the more pieces you do, the more extra credit you earn--NO LIMIT!!
