Now that you've decided to hit the road in a
self-supported mode, it's time to give some serious thought to where to spend
the night and how to prepare an edible meal on the little one burner stove
you've stashed somewhere in your panniers.
There are a wealth of web sites with general info on this subject, so I'll try
to concentrate mostly on the aspects that relate to cycling and what works best
for our style of touring.
