THE EMPIRE

The Empire emerged out of deception and treachery. The Emperor, Palpatine, rose to power gradually - drawing influence and support from all quarters. He secretly prepared for the day when he would no longer be the leader of the Senate, but the sole Emperor of the Galaxy. He trained in the ways of the Dark Side and started a military build up the likes of which the Galaxy had never seen before.

But there were those whom Palpatine could not control. Other members of the Senate, rulers of various planets and everyday people. Through them the Rebel Alliance was born. These, however, are not the stories of the Rebel scum, but of the Empire, throughout it's history.
