Okay, so the image is weird ... gives you a basic idea, though.
Ramachandra is a renegade Tharkoldu, an Alpha who split for ... well, you
can ask him, but I wouldn't recommend it. We'll say "personal reasons,"
most of which have a lot to do with the fairly recent and very ugly scar
crossing the entire left side of his face -- the cybernetic eye,
coincidentally enough, dates from about the same time.
A particularly skilled cybertechnician, Ramachandra is the one to ask for
if you need a custom job on your 'ware ... and he can get rid of those
pesky Tharkoldu resonances, too.
Rama and his cousin Maddok are not actually Diver's Club staff, but it's
the best place to contact them if you need something demonlished, stolen,
hacked, or otherwise illicitly interferred-with.
In terms of personality, Rama is almost laid-back for a technodemon, has a
tendency to take himself a little too seriously but can actually be quite
a lot of fun if properly tanked up.
I'll post his stats eventually, but you'd be safe if you took the Renegade template, maxed all the stats -- especially Charisma -- and gave him every computer science or cybertech skill you can fit on the sheet.
