Flakk is the Diver's Club bouncer: a hulking ex-Great Alpha technodemon who takes a rather dim view of rabble-rousers. He actually has quite a complex personality, but for the sake of brevity I'll just say that you'd have to be crazy to mess with him, and leave it at that. After all, most patrons of the Diver's Club aren't going to try to strike up a conversation with him, right?
For stats, use the standard Great Alpha template from the Tharkold sourcebook, and keep in mind that he has both a sense of humor and a vocabulary far broader than "Die, monkey vermin, die."
