Q:  Where did bloom. get its name?

A:  Brendan saw the name on the side of a truck while attending music school.  He suggested the name as a name for the band, the rest is history.

Q:  What is Veda Hubbell?

A:  Actually, the question isn't what, it's who.  Veda Hubbell was a 13 year old fan of the band, whom they decided to surprise by naming their second album after her.

Q:  Where can I get bloom. CDs and/or T-shirts?

A:  The first 3 CDs have sold out and will probably not be repressed, since the band has now been signed.  However, bloom.'s newest album is available for purchase.  Goto cellrecords.net.  T-shirts and other apparel are also available.  Also, the band was nice enough to give me permission to post their first 2 albums in MP3 format, since the CD's will not be repressed.  Select "Sounds" from the menu to download them.

Q:  Why has bloom. had so many drummers?

A:  They've actually only had one drummer.  On each album he uses a different alias (Louis Claire & Rex Vegas).  His real name is Louis Lataille.

Q:  Where has bloom. been?  They seemed to disappear for a while.

A:  The members of bloom. went their own ways for a while.  They're now back together, playing more shows than ever, and freshly signed to a label.
