England is the birthplace of the village alehouse, so fashioning our pub in the English style was a natural choice for us. We wanted to capture the spirit of what a pub means to an Englishman and to create the strong sense of community found in the village pub. Pubs have always been the place to gather and chat. The people, after all, are the heart and soul of the pub. The pub patron is not just a customer but a guest and a friend.
