Unfortunately the following document must be in MS Word document form to make use of the formating contained in the document. By using the instructions contained in the first section of the document, you will be able to print emergency instruction sheets and cards for your pet sitter, your wallet, and your car. This way if you are ever unable to speak for your pets your wishes will be know. We keep copies of the cards in our wallets in front of our driver's licenses. Both of our vehicles have the larger cards prominently displayed. I suggest you print the cards, sign them, laminate them, and keep them handy.- Emergency Cards Template (MS Word document)
The following document is a list of things to gather for your pet before disaster strikes. It is often referred to as a 72-hour pack. History has shown us the pack should be able to sustain your pet for more than 72 hours. I have several different forms of the document available. The content of all of them is the same. The MS Word Document and the RTF will create the better printed copies while the HTML format is faster to view while web browsing.- Emergency Kit Check List (HTML Formatt)
